Plain-language summary

• The Veridis software runs on the Veridis appliance in your office. We do not have access to documents indexed on it.
• Our website (veridis.law) collects only what is required to serve you the page: standard server logs and the data you submit through the demo form.
• We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• For analytics we use Plausible, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data.

1. Data we collect

When you visit veridis.law, our host records standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for 30 days. When you submit the demo form, we receive the fields you fill in and store them in our customer-relationship system.

2. Data on the appliance

Documents you index on the Veridis device remain on the device. We do not have a copy. Software-update telemetry is limited to license verification and version reporting; it does not contain document content.

3. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@veridis.law. We will respond within 30 days.
